The lease has been signed!
The commencement date on that lease, is April 1 , 2010 (not March 1)!
We’ve raised about 43k to date. We need at least 100k…so we’re making pretty good progress!
It’s going to be flippin’ incredible!

Every time I get my hair cut, the stylist inevitably asks, “So what do you do?” As soon as that question comes up, I know two things are about to happen:
1. Their behavior & speech change & they seem nervous. I have to work to get their guard down.
2. When I invite them to church, I have to explain where Maryville Vineyard is and why it is not in Maryville. [...]
There’s lots going on! The details of the lease are being combed over. We have a re-zoning meeting with the powers that be this Thursday evening. The floorplan is getting tweaked and improved upon…and we’re making some progress in the fundraising process as well.
At the moment, just over $11K has been given for the project. [...]
Let’s face it, $120,000 is a lot of money to raise in 4 months . . . on your own. HOWEVER, collectively, as a body, it may not be all that difficult. We have somewhere around 120 families that call the Maryville Vineyard their church home. And it’s going to take all of those families [...]
